At FJ Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Once your return is approved and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement as quickly as possible. Refunds may take a few business days to appear depending on your payment provider.
